The founder and CEO of the Wildberries marketplace, Tatyana Bakalchuk, announced personnel changes in the company’s management. She wrote a post about this on her Telegram channel.

According to Bakalchuk, the development of products for partners will be carried out by his deputy at Wildberries, Dmitry Glazikhin, who has been working at the company since 2013.

Ekaterina Sotnik and Evgeny Busarev will develop the interaction of entrepreneurs with the Wildberries platform: they have been working at the company for 13 and 9 years, respectively. Wildberries CEO Kristina Spireva will also expand its functionality, Bakalchuk added.

Wildberries and the Russ Group, which had previously announced their merger, have created a single media and legal department.

On Tuesday, July 23, Ramzan Kadyrov spoke about signs of an “open and shameless takeover” of the Wildberries market. The situation took on many nuances, details and details, but the lawyers did not see any signs of a raider taking over the company.

The day before, Wildberries updated the offer, adding a clause on the transfer of all its rights to third parties, in particular to RVB LLC, a joint venture with the Russ Group. On July 24, Wildberries completed the transfer of subsidiaries to the joint venture without the direct participation of Bakalchuk’s husband Vladislav.
