By the end of next year, the logistics operator is expected to have branches in 24 cities of Russia.

Delivery times will depend on the geography of the sender and the recipient. Within the city, the courier will deliver the order to the customer the next day after receiving it. In the first stages, cargo delivery will be carried out door-to-door; in the future, it will be possible to use the option from the SDEK warehouse to the door.

The transport of oversized cargo will be subject to the same restrictions as for the transport of regular packages (prohibited cargo, cargo of certain hazard classes, bulk and liquid cargo, etc.).

A special rate applies to large loads weighing more than 100 kg. According to the operator, the average weight of 1 large order in the b2c segment does not exceed 500 kg.
