Theverge writes that the upcoming model will resemble its predecessor, but have a slightly more curved display while retaining the physical watch face. It will likely have a touchscreen and an icon with three wavy lines indicating an indoor air quality monitor, a first for Nest thermostats.

The device will most likely work with the new Nest temperature sensors, which are even rounder and more “elegant” than previous models. At the same time, the price will probably not change much: $39 each or three devices for $99. These sensors have a three-year battery life and are designed to balance heating and cooling by monitoring room temperature.

We previously wrote that Google’s plans to abandon traditional search could significantly change the Internet. And, first of all, this will affect small sites with little traffic.
