RuStore has launched registration for foreigners – now independent developers will be able to upload their products to the Russian app store, the press service of RuStore reported, citing head Dmitry Pankrushev.

Foreign individual developers were allowed to upload applications to the Russian RuStore
Non-residents have access to the core features of the developer console, tools for developing and promoting applications: responses to user reviews, application statistics, a tool for collecting and analyzing errors Tracer and the Remote Config remote configuration service.
RuStore is the official Russian store of mobile applications for Android, Harmony OS, Aurora OS, developed by VK. The store features more than 40 thousand games and applications from developers from 40 countries. One third of all applications were hosted by foreign developers.
By February 2024, RuStore’s monthly audience reached 29 million people. This is about a third of the RuNet audience.
From June 2023 to June 2024, the number of game developers on RuStore tripled. They made up one third of all publishers.
