Tatyana Bakalchuk’s husband, co-founder and co-owner of Wildberries, Vladislav Bakalchuk, saw “clear signs of a company takeover” in the merger of the marketplace and the Russ group. He wrote about this on his Telegram channel.

“The company’s assets are being taken away for almost nothing: a brand worth billions is being transferred to a new structure with an authorized capital of 20 million rubles,” Bakalchuk said.

Bakalchuk’s dismissal from the company’s management shows that the “true goal” of the association was to “take over Wildberries” by cheating on his wife.

“I was offered humiliating terms of treatment, I did not agree and I was deliberately excluded from the process,” wrote the Wildberries co-owner.

In the current situation with the merger of Russ and Wildberries, Vladislav Bakalchuk was supported, in particular, by Chechen President Ramzan Kadyrov and businessman Timur Yunusov (Timati). Both described the merger of companies as a “takeover by raiders”.

Tatyana Bakalchuk denies that the company is being “taken over”, and her husband Vladislav’s position is determined by the start of divorce proceedings.
