In the same period in 2022, this figure was 9%, writes Kommersant. The highest level of anxiety is reported by companies in the media and entertainment sector (92%), technology companies and software developers (86%) and telecommunications companies (70%).

Two-thirds of companies are using generative AI, but not everyone is confident in its effectiveness. Speaking of “risk,” respondents point to reputational costs, increased competition in the environment, and high costs of developing AI “with unclear prospects for generating revenue.”
