Elon Musk has denied reports about the Cybertruck electric car presented to Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov. The American entrepreneur called these messages “another example of how misleading the traditional media is.”

Writer and political commentator Seth Abramson asked on X (formerly Twitter) why the United States Military Academy at West Point invites Elon Musk as a speaker and picks on a man who is “openly working against America” by “supplying off-the-shelf cars for military purposes, enemies of the United States.”
“Are you really stupid enough to think I gifted a Cybertruck to a Russian general? Another example of how deceitful mainstream media is,” Musk wrote in response.
Last week, Ramzan Kadyrov announced a gift from “dear Elon Musk” – a Tesla cyber truck. The official praised the vehicle for its speed, maneuverability, cross-country ability and comfort and said that the cyber truck will soon be sent to the Northern Military District area.
The head of Chechnya thanked Elon Musk, called him a modern genius and invited him to Grozny as a guest.
