Transfers are not available from August 16th, they are not done in both directions.

“This service is temporarily unavailable for an indefinite period. Incoming transfers will be made through banks that are not subject to sanctions, using data in rubles,” reads the MBank message.

The press service clarified that incoming transfers are made through those banks against which no sanctions have been imposed.

In June 2024, eight banks in the republic suspended work with Russian transfer systems for one. The reason was the US sanctions against the Moscow Exchange, introduced on June 12.
