In VK WorkSpace Messenger you can now create and organize folders, archive and pin chats, and manage notifications. New tools are available in SaaS and on-premises versions of the service.

From now on, users have the opportunity to temporarily disable notifications in some chats and channels in order to focus on current tasks. The archive function has been introduced to temporarily hide dialogs without deleting them. This helps to conclude discussions in thematic groups in case the information is needed later.
“In addition, folders have been integrated that allow users to organize their chats into different categories and topics and thus simplify navigation within the messenger. And thanks to the pinning function, you can leave up to ten chats at the top of the list in each folder, which will make it easier to keep track of important messages and reminders,” VK’s press service told RB.RU.
It is worth noting that in the SaaS version of the messenger you can now decrypt voice messages. This will be useful for those users who prefer text content to audiovisual content.
Earlier, RB.RU reported that VK launched a beta version of the free VK Board service. It makes it easier to view information and share work progress.
