Avito Rabota experts have analysed average salary offers in various fields for job seekers without experience and have compiled a rating of the highest-paying industries. RB.RU has found out about it.

In July 2024, novice specialists were offered the largest number of jobs in the field of real estate sales and management – just over 103.1 thousand rubles a month for full-time work.
Analysts point out that salaries for these positions are often indicated as maximum values and the actual earnings of employees depend on the percentage of transactions.
In the delivery, freight transport and logistics sector, applicants with no experience could expect 89.1 thousand rubles. The third place was completed by the construction sector, where newcomers with full employment were offered an average of 87.6 thousand rubles per month.
According to analysts, in Russia, on average, candidates without experience can expect 57.4 thousand rubles per month.
The company says that more than 17 million people are looking for work on Avito, and these are people from a variety of professions, from messengers and salesmen to accountants and builders. In January, more than 2.5 million people and companies posted their advertisements, vacancies and resumes.
