As part of the study, experts sent a survey to people who were at home during the quarantine due to Covid-19. This time, some of the participants won a game console and a game through a raffle.
The study analyzed 97,602 surveys. Experts found a pattern in the responses: People who played video games had a greater sense of life satisfaction than those who didn’t. And that’s an important component of mental health. But to do that, they had to play 3 hours or more a day.
