The company Mostostroy-11, the author of the MStroy digital construction platform project, has received a grant of 117 million rubles from Skolkovo (VEB.RF Group) within the framework of the national project “Digital Economy of the Russian Federation” for the development of its key AI tool.

The MStroy project is a platform for construction management using various digital tools, including big data, deep data analytics and artificial intelligence, the Skolkovo media center specifies.
The system “can” make decisions based on an analysis of potential risks, predict missed deadlines and budget overruns, and generally optimize business processes.
Mostostroy-11 demonstrates the effectiveness of its development in its own case: its product helped the developer in 2021-2023. increase productivity and revenue by 10%.
The total cost of the project (including the subsidy) is estimated at 237 million rubles. Among the developer’s clients with whom agreements have already been signed for the implementation of the platform are Avtodor, Russian Railways, BAM-2, Natsproektstroy Group of Companies, etc. (after receiving the subsidy, the company concluded 41 agreements).
