Pavel Durov’s hearing has been extended until August 28, TASS reports, heading to the Paris prosecutor’s office.
The period of detention was extended on August 25, 2024, following a court investigation and may continue for up to 96 hours (i.e. until August 28, 2024) taking into account the procedures applied in connection with the above-mentioned criminals, phenomena with organized crime.

The department also added that Durov was detained in connection with an investigation that began on August 8.
