Sber is launching a bounty program for vulnerabilities found in its digital services, offering independent researchers up to 500 thousand rubles for discovered bugs. Sber services, including SberBank Online and SberInvestments, cover more than 100 million users across Russia, and the company is trying to ensure their security at the highest level.

Researchers will be able to check for vulnerabilities on resources such as the official Sberbank website, mobile and web versions of SberBank Online for iOS and Android, as well as Sber ID, a service for logging into ecosystem applications. The program also provides the ability to search for bugs in the SberInvestments application. Depending on the level of criticality of the vulnerability, the reward can reach half a million rubles.

The head of the Sber cybersecurity expertise department, Sergey Krainov, noted that the launch of this program on the BI.ZONE Bug Bounty platform is an important step in strengthening cybersecurity. The company hopes that cooperation with ethical hackers will help make its program one of the most competitive on the market. Evgeniy Voloshin from BI.ZONE added that the joint work of experts and independent researchers will increase the resistance of services to cyber threats and provide reliable protection of user data.
