Apple also announced that ChatGPT will be integrated into Siri on iOS 18, iPadOS 18, and macOS Sequoia devices by the end of 2024.
Siri will be able to show responses from ChatGPT and use it to generate text and images as part of the Typing Tools feature.
Users will be able to use OpenAI’s invention for free and without the need to create an account, while ChatGPT Plus subscribers will have access to paid features.
It is important to note that requests made from Apple devices will not be logged by OpenAI and users’ IP addresses will be hidden.
Service integration will be available on iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, and devices powered by M1 chips or later.
