VTB Bank has filed a claim with the Moscow Arbitration Court seeking to recover more than 2 billion rubles from 71 companies that are part of the Pharmacy from Warehouse pharmacy chain, according to the published court ruling.

The lawsuit was filed in court on August 13 and preliminary hearings are scheduled for October 14. There is no basis for the claims in the court materials.
The company against which the claims were filed was founded by Perm businessmen Andrey Godovalov and Nikolai Shavrin. The third party involved in the dispute is the bankrupt capital company Godovalov LLC, founded by the same citizens.
The defendants also include companies founded by Godovalov and Shavrin, including LLC Pharmacy del Warehouse 1, LLC Pharmacy del Warehouse 2, LLC Pharmacy del Warehouse – Center and others. Almost all of these legal entities are registered in Perm, but there are also some operating in other regions of Russia.
In the summer of 2023, the pharmacy chain had almost 800 outlets, but since the fall of last year, the business began to close.
VTB has filed for bankruptcy of Technoserv Group LLC. The court hearing will take place on October 9. According to lawyers, the filing may be related to a loan agreement signed in 2018.
