These reviews are further verified by banking transactions, making them more reliable. As Angela Druzhinina, head of the 2GIS product group, said, users can now focus on real customer reviews, which will help them better choose companies according to their needs.
Now in 2GIS there are reviews and ratings confirmed by transactions for services such as T-Bank, Sber, Netcoin and Othello. This means that every user can see the source of a verified review, which adds transparency to the selection. Reviews are especially actively collected in the catering sector, where more than half of the reviews (51%) are confirmed by transactions. Every fifth review of establishments in 2GIS comes from customers who have actually been there.
Users and companies can report any review, including verified reviews, if they believe they are not verified. In this case, the moderation service will check the content of the review. In addition, companies can respond to reviews received through T-Bank via the T-Bank Review platform. There are already innovations in the 2GIS mobile applications for iOS and Android and on the 2gis.ru website, which make the process of choosing a service even easier for users.
