Of course, for all this, a quality monitor is needed that will provide the gaming process with an excellent picture. And here I got a review of the fresh Acer Predator X34, which recently came out on the Russian market.
I’ll tell you what its pros and cons are.

The frames in this model are very delicate.
What I love about curved models is their ability to equip a person more in games. After all, it sparkles on the sides, and due to this, it contradicts your field a little more.
The monitor itself doesn’t take up much space for its 34-inch diagonal. It will fit on any standard desk and leave a little space on the side. For example, I was able to tie a compact system unit next to it.
For greater accuracy, here are its dimensions together with shipping: 806.1 x 577.3 x 345.6 mm (taking into account the height of the stand, the minimum is 457.3 mm).
The delivery here is a standard V-shaped one. It has adjustable height and display rotation angle (-20/+20). In addition, it also tilts in both directions (-5/+20). In general, you can adjust it specifically for yourself in any position.
The device also comes with a VESA mount 100×100 mm and a Kensington lock.
The design of the device is made in a strict style, there are no bright elements that would scream about the gaming capabilities of the monitor. A purely standard curved monitor without frills.
At the bottom of the front there are two speakers by power. 5W each. Overall, it sounds fine, play comfortably enough. But it’s better to connect external speakers or headphones (as with most devices).
It’s not often you see such an abundance of ports
On the rear panel the following have been stabilized:
► two HDMI 2.0 ports
► one DisplayPort 1.4
► two USB-A ports
► one USB-C 3.2 port (90W)
► headphone output
► USB hub
In general, the choice is rich. Connect whatever you want.
But the main IMBA here is the presence headphone hook on the back of the stand. You can hang both earbuds and full-size headphones on it. If you don’t need it, you can fold it.

When assembled, the Acer Predator X34 V3 is an ultra-wide 34-inch monitor in 21:9 format. The maximum resolution is 3440 x 1440 pixels, the refresh rate is achieved. 180 Hz. Radius of curvature – 1500r.
The liquid crystal matrix of the screen, created using VA (Vertical Alignment) technology, consists of three layers: two electrode glasses, between which are layers of liquid crystals, arranged vertically, to which the electrodes address.
The advantage of the VA matrix is that it provides wide viewing capabilities horizontally and vertically: the image remains clear and unchanged, even if you look at the screen at an angle of up to 178°. Therefore, such monitors are especially in demand among video engineers, animators, artists and other specialists whose work is related to image processing. But in our case, it is well suited for gamers.
The main advantage of the new product is the Mini-LED technology, which is used in the iPad. Among the advantages, I will note a very rich picture with a contrast of 4000:1 and a brightness of 1000 cd/m². Black color is close to true black, although it falls a little short of OLED panels: DCI-P3 color range 94%1 and VESA DisplayHDR 10001.

What’s also cool is that the time came in 1 ms. A great option for cyber sportsmen, for whom every frame and lightning-fast observer work are important.

Great monitor for everyone
Let’s put it this way. This monitor is suitable not only for gamers. It displays any information perfectly, so you can safely use it for work.
For example, the ultra-wide format allows you to see more objects, folders and programs on the screen. Thanks to the small 178-degree viewing angle, this solution is suitable even for graphic designers who also have a stunning mini-LED panel.
For gamers, there is a supernatural picture with a chic ability of the fourth on a huge screen and a response time of 1 ms. What else do you need for happiness? Plus there is a bonus hook for headphones so that they do not take up much space.
The Acer Predator X34 costs 110,885 rubles in Russia. It is already actively selling, and I recommend it to everyone (it is better to buy the speakers separately, really).
P.S. For testing, we used the Acer Predator Orion X POx-950 system unit with RTX 4090, Predator Aethon 301 keyboard and Predator Cestus 310 mouse. It turned out to be a good tandem.
