While the changes were primarily made for server chips, they appear to have affected consumer versions of video cards.
According to the latest data, older models of the RTX 50XX series, such as the RTX 5090 Ti and RTX 5090, can consume up to 450 W and 400 W respectively, which is above initial expectations. The power increase will also affect other models.
