Placy is a service that helps buyers and sellers of real estate facilitate transactions. It is currently being rolled out in Cyprus and plans to launch in Greece, the United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom in the future.

The raised investments will be used to develop a paid product for businesses: Placy Pro, Finsmes writes. The funds will also be used to improve key features such as integration with WhatsApp and Telegram, which will simplify interactions between owners, sellers and buyers.

Placy was founded in October 2023 by former CEO of Cyan Group Mikhail Vasiliev and former head of Wargaming Agency Sergey Osipov. For almost a year of operation, the service raised 1.3 million euros.
