Izvestia reports that kick-sharing operators in Moscow have begun to increase fines for using electric scooters.

In particular, they affect the transfer of SIM to a minor. For example, MTS Yurent collected 100 thousand rubles from teenagers under 16 who decided to use this SIM, as well as persons who transferred control of the scooter to them.

Previously, handing over control to a child under 14 years old resulted in a fine of 10 thousand rubles, while a person aged 14–18 years old would have their account blocked.

The fines themselves will not be written off from the cards. About collecting payment requirements and blocking the account until payment. [Известия]
