He called the decision of the French authorities “incomprehensible” because it “is selective in nature.”
But all platforms of this kind are guilty of this. If you do this to Durov, then you should do the same to others.

Pavel Durov was arrested on August 24 in France. He was found guilty of a number of charges, given bail of 5 million euros and banned from leaving France.
Putin also said that he met with Durov once in the Kremlin “many years ago.”
