Wild berries will reduce tariffs for Russian brands, the decision has already been made – Mirzoyan

Mirzoyan explained that special conditions will be created for Russian producers to work at Wildberries.

“Reduced tariffs for services provided by our platform. The reduction is significant, so it will be the support that will enable the development of Russian manufacturers,” Mirzoyan said.

The platform will also help Russian brands export products to those countries where Wildberries confidently operates – the number of such countries will increase;

The top manager added that this is not just “economic patriotism” – support for Russian manufacturers is mutually beneficial and in the future these companies will support the work of Wildberries.

“Working with imported products is becoming more and more difficult,” Mirzoyan said.

Wildberries founder Tatyana Bakalchuk confirmed that the platform will soon launch new opportunities for the development of small and medium-sized businesses in Russia and other countries where it is present.

“There will be an emphasis on the development of small and medium-sized businesses. We have observed the experience of our Chinese colleagues and we really like what they have built. Following the example of some of the systems that our Chinese colleagues successfully use, we plan to launch new opportunities for the development of small and medium-sized businesses in Russia in the near future, to give them a more professional basis,” Bakalchuk said.

Wildberries and Russ Group started the process of unification after a large-scale fire at a warehouse in Shushary. Forbes has obtained a letter in which Vladimir Putin orders the deputy administration of the President of the Russian Federation Maxim Oreshkin to support the unification.
