In this project, he used OpenAI’s latest AI technologies, such as Sora, Runway, and Synthesia, to create visualizations quickly and efficiently.

The video shows a future Los Angeles where sea levels have risen significantly and Olympic venues such as football stadiums are located on the rooftops of skyscrapers.

Kahn notes that creating video with AI still requires a lot of experimentation and patience, as neural network models cannot always accurately reproduce complex architectural forms or human details.

However, the technology is already being used in advertising and could significantly speed up and reduce the cost of content creation.

Despite the challenges, Kahn is confident that AI will be an important tool in the future of film and media, especially for crowd scenes and landscapes.
