Analysts at the Avito Work platform compared salary offers for creative specialists in Russia this summer and found that the most in-demand and highest-paid professions were artists, architects, cameramen, models and video editors. Their salaries increased by 14% to 26% (except for models, where the increase is much smaller).

This summer’s five highest-paying creative jobs include an artist, an architect and a videographer.

According to data from the service shared by TASS, the rating of the average expected salaries of creative workers looks like this:

  1. artist: 142,589 rubles per month (+16% per year),
  2. architect: 90,040 rubles per month (+26%),
  3. cameraman: 83,881 rubles (+21%),
  4. model — 79 799 rubles (+5%),
  5. video editor: 73,830 rubles (+14%).

Some of these specialties have also become the most in-demand: demand for video editors, for example, has increased fivefold (+415%), that of cameramen (295%), that of architects (291%). Employers are also actively looking for designers (+267%) and sound engineers (+265%).
