After placing an order, the customer receives an SMS with confirmation and a preliminary delivery date.
When the smartphones arrive at MTS, call center employees contact the client to clarify the delivery details. All iPhone 16 buyers receive 30% cashback in the community, as well as a year of documentation on the device.
