Both devices have similar specifications: batteries with a capacity of around 5000 mAh and 6.8-inch displays.

Despite these similarities, however, the Galaxy S24 Ultra lasted significantly longer at 11 hours and 43 minutes, while the Pixel 9 Pro XL only lasted 10 hours and 7 minutes.

Samsung’s result is due to a more energy-efficient processor and an optimized operating system. Tests were conducted using robots to eliminate the influence of the human factor and obtain accurate data.

Note that this result confirms the high energy efficiency of the Samsung flagship, which surpasses its rival from Google in terms of operating time on a single charge.
