VB Development LLC, owned by Vladislav Bakalchuk, who before the couple’s separation was one of the main clients of the construction works for Tatiana Bakalchuk’s Wildberries market, is suing the contractors en masse. The company accuses them of unjust enrichment, using other people’s money and breach of obligations. Since May, Bakalchuk’s structure has filed claims against contractors for almost 1 billion rubles, RB.RU has learned. In September, the husband of the owner of Wildberries also claimed that the market had stopped transferring money to contractors for a similar amount.

VB Development has the largest claims against Novosibirsk LLC Stroy-Tsor Ramazan Gardashov and Pavel Grishechkin. The company of Tatyana Bakalchuk’s husband filed three claims against this contractor for 662 million rubles. According to the first claim, VB Development is demanding 618 million rubles from the contractor in the form of unjust enrichment, and according to the second – another 20.7 million rubles, without specifying the source of the debt. In the third case, we are talking about the recovery of 23.2 million rubles under the contract, including unjust enrichment of 7.5 million rubles and a fine of 15 million rubles.
Bakalchuk demanded 166 million rubles from Voronezh-based SK Olimp LLC Artem Simonyan, the essence of the debt was not specified, but the claim was accepted for the proceedings. The businessman demands another 60 million rubles from Tatiana Varavina’s RSK Engineering LLC (including the May claim of 42 million rubles) under construction contracts.
Another lawsuit has been filed against Skalinas Company LLC and Far Eastern Installation Company LLC, from which Bakalchuk plans to recover 10.2 million rubles for unjust enrichment. In August, VB Development filed another lawsuit against Skalinas, demanding 6.2 million rubles. The company also wants to return 35.2 million rubles from Alexander Gerasimov’s A3 Expert LLC, without specifying the source of the debt.
In May, the developer filed a lawsuit against Deka Stroy Group of Companies LLC for another 37.8 million rubles, including 33 million rubles for unjust enrichment, but dropped the claims in September.
Bakalchuk’s representative did not comment on the lawsuits. The merged company RVB LLC (Wildberries & Russ) said it is not aware of any disagreements that have arisen between VB Development and its contractors.
Over the past 12 months, the company has become a plaintiff for 1.1 billion rubles and 25 cases are in arbitration. At the same time, since 2006, Bakalchuk’s company has initiated only 32 cases worth 2.6 billion rubles, according to Kontur.Focus.
The contractors’ revenues are lower than Bakalchuk’s demands. Thus, Stroy-Tsor LLC earned only 57.4 million rubles a year with a net profit of 1.5 million rubles. SK Olimp LLC, established in January 2023, was able to receive revenues of only 108 million rubles. RSK-Engineering LLC, for example, earned about 11.6 million rubles a year.
VB Development stopped attracting contractors through procurement procedures since February 2024, a month after the Shushary warehouse fire, according to Kontur.Zakupki data. In June, Tatyana Bakalchuk announced the merger of Wildberries and Russ Group, and then the divorce. In turn, Vladislav Bakalchuk made a statement about his intention to save his family and company. Contrary to her husband’s opinion, Bakalchuk transferred the assets to the new united company RVB LLC, 35% of which ended up in the hands of the Mirzoyan brothers. Her husband, still legal, declared the merger illegal and verbally demanded the division of property, the return of domain names and other concessions.
In September, the Wildberries & Russ joint venture, citing auditors, reported that Vladislav Bakalchuk’s VB Development is not fulfilling a number of its obligations and has a debt of 30 billion rubles. According to the company, these actions undermine the development of the distribution network for small and medium-sized businesses and increase costs for manufacturers and buyers.
“The combined company Wildberries & Russ is considering transferring all contractual obligations of VB Development to another contractor in order to be able to complete the construction on time and meet its obligations to the regions,” the company said.
The husband of Wildberries founder Tatyana Bakalchuk, Vladislav, also spoke about the delay in construction. He said that the WB had stopped transferring money to contractors in the amount of 1 billion rubles. The reasons were not given; according to him, no documents were provided. According to him, subcontractors ran out of money and construction work was completely frozen.
“At the behest of the Mirzoyan brothers, Wildberries stopped transferring funds to contractors this week for a total of 1 billion rubles. The reasons were not explained and no documents were provided. As a result, subcontractors were left without money and construction work was completely frozen,” Bakalchuk wrote on his Telegram channel.
At the same time, according to official information from the press service of Wildberries, work on the sites continues, construction works are underway and will be completed on time.
