According to the new plans, the portal will offer ready-made solutions for all life situations, including not individual services, but multiple services in one process. This should simplify and speed up citizens’ interaction with state services. Currently, there are about 1.5 thousand services on the portal, and 110 million people use it.
Grigorenko noted that the process requires authentication and certain actions by users, but the new changes will aim to create proactive and useful solutions that allow for more efficient problem solving.
