Ozon pick-up point owners have a new way to attract customers

The feature was launched to attract customers who have placed an order less than twice in the past six months. Partners who own outlets decide for themselves whether to use the tool or not.

The essence of the tool is to offer a 3% or 5% discount to new customers, subject to self-pickup of the goods at a specified delivery point. The maximum discount on one product is 200 rubles; there are no restrictions on the total discount on one order. Items with a rating of at least 4.85 can take advantage of the offer.

Compensation for discounts provided will only affect rewards for items that have been purchased. In the event of cancellation or return of goods, funds will be refunded.

The tool is aimed exclusively at new customers, so it will not affect the flow of customers to other outlets. Owners can calculate the possible increase in turnover in advance using a special calculator. Discounts are reviewed every month, which allows for flexible management of promotions and their duration.

Points that connect to the tool will be highlighted in the app and in the web version of Ozon: they will appear above others on the main screen, on the map when selecting a delivery address, and will also be accompanied by a separate banner when placing an order.
