Yandex Music has added a new feature for personal concert recommendations and the ability to buy tickets directly in the app, the service’s press service told RB.RU.

Now users can not only find out about upcoming concerts by their favourite artists, but also purchase tickets without leaving the app. Recommendations are based on user preferences, including plays and likes.
Tickets can be purchased directly in the streaming app thanks to integration with Afisha. The purchasing process takes place in four clicks and is concentrated within the Yandex Plus subscription. Now more than 5.5 thousand concerts in 170 cities of Russia are available through the app.
The updated “For You” and “Trending” sections showcase personal picks and major events in the user’s city.
- At the end of August 2024, a lossless format with high sound quality appeared on Yandex Music. The service recommends listening to music in excellent quality for those who have unlimited Internet.
