Cybersecurity company Group-IB has completed the first stage of separating Russian assets from its international business, the company said in a statement.
For work in Russia and the CIS, a new autonomous structure was created, headed by the local administration.
Group-IB Global Private Ltd's global headquarters in Singapore continues to host Cyber Threat Research Centers in Europe, Asia Pacific and the Middle East.
The company's business in Russia and the CIS will now be developed independently.

“The company's Russian revenues will be fully spent on local business development. Over the next 6 months, the ownership structure and composition of shareholders in global and local assets will also change.
According to Dmitry Volkov, CEO of Group-IB Global, such a move will give the company "more market freedom and accelerate business development in all regions where Group-IB operates."
