According to Bolgar, Telegram was registered in the name of Pavel Durov under mutual agreements with her. According to the legislation of some countries, whose names the woman does not name, jointly acquired property includes property that was acquired or received outside of official marriage.

Bolgar claimed that she had an extramarital affair with Pavel Durov for ten years and that she had access to the use of family property. However, the contract under which she used it could be violated at any time, the woman stressed.

In June, Bolgar posted a post on social media announcing the presence of two sons and a daughter with Pavel Durov. She later sent copies of documents confirming the relationship.

In August, Irina Bolgar filed a lawsuit against Pavel Durov in a Swiss court after he stopped paying her 150,000 euros in child support. Bolgar also claimed that Durov had used physical violence against their children.

Shortly before the lawsuit was filed, Pavel Durov was arrested in France on charges of 12 crimes, including refusing to cooperate with authorities and complicity in the possession and distribution of pornographic images of minors.

In September, Paris prosecutor Laure Beco said Durov was cooperating with French judicial authorities and fully complying with the conditions of supervision that were set after his indictment.
