But about a week ago, for the first time, I set myself several modes of focusing on work, leisure, games, and sleep and became more productive, getting better and more sleep, and in general, constant stress receded. Turns out he was, and I didn’t even notice it.
Therefore, if you also found too much time in your iPhone in your hands, do not be too lazy to adjust the focus modes for yourself.

The number has increased dramatically, and it’s great
Over the years of using a smartphone, I have developed certain reflexes: for example, I cannot help but look at a message if I hear the sound of vibration or vibration. I got used to this and no longer remembered how you can use a smartphone, reducing it, allowing yourself to rest more from the endless stream of information.
Most of all I was afraid that by limiting the flow of events, I will miss something important. And what a surprise it was when it turned out that during the daytime work I get important things from a fairly narrow circle of conflicts.
The absence of “noise” had a noticeable effect on attention and concentration, I began to work faster, not paying attention to often useless deviations and calls.
I like to focus on two things:
one. the desired mode with all the settings and restrictions is activated by geolocation, that is, I just need to get to the office and the iPhone itself turns on the “work” profile. And when I leave the office, he will turn it off himself.
2. can be used for all messengers. But if you add a contact from the notebook to the “allowed” ones, then if you write this contact in the same Telegram, it will come.
That is, even if there are several people in the working cart chat, I can select the contact of only one of them in the reaction recipe and receive from the telegram. And if everyone else writes, they won’t, and I won’t look good.
To relax, I set up a different profile, slightly expanding the number of conflicts that may bother me. For the Sleep mode, I turned off any mode and set the activation mode to 23:30 every day of the week.
Well, thanks to the “Video Games” profile, which is activated automatically after launching any game on my iPhone, I am not annoyed by stopping windows with restrictions in the midst of the next ice rinks in League of Legends.
And yet, for each profile, you can customize your desktop with only the themes of application icons that you really need. For example, when I turn on the work mode, all the desktops disappear on the iPhone screen, with the exception of one, with the icons necessary for the applications to work. This allows you not to waste time when you take your smartphone in your hands to check your mail and automatically go to some reader.
Do not be lazy and set up several profiles for yourself
After a few days of using the focus profile, I started talking about them to my friends and colleagues with iPhones. Almost all of them also didn’t appreciate this handy feature of iOS, using only the do not disturb mode, which is set by default.
However, after a few days, everyone thanked me for showing me how to reduce the flow of visual information noise during the day and give yourself a natural “digital detox”, without dropping out of the working rhythm.
