Indaspace, a hybrid office booking service, has attracted 29 million rubles of investment from the Friendly VC venture fund, the company’s marketing director Pavel Giorgobiani told RB.RU.

The startup will use the funds received to accelerate business growth in Russia, increase market share, product development and marketing.
Indaspace works with companies that are moving to a hybrid mode of operation. The service allows planning the location of employees in the office and saving on maintenance.
In May 2022, Indaspace received an investment of 6 million rubles from the founder of Netology Group, Maxim Spiridonov.
At the moment, the list of founders of Space Soft LLC (legal entity of Indaspace) is as follows:
- Artem Vasenin (co-founder): 30.68%;
- Andrey Chernikov (co-founder): 20.45%;
- Dmitry Kiryukhin (co-founder): 17.05%;
- Maxim Spiridonov: 12.99%;
- Sergei Pekarev: 4.16%;
- JSC “Friendly Business” – 3.7%;
- Kirill Inyushin – 2.6%
- LLC “A1”, Alena Kushnirenko, Ramil Khusainov – 1.56% each;
- 1.1% owned by Petr Tsekhmister – 1.1%
- Ilya Barmin, Dmitry Starostov: 1.04%;
- Natalia Kirsanova: 0.52%.
Indaspace was founded in 2020 by Artem Vasenin, Andrey Chernikov and Dmitry Kiryukhin. According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, in 2023 the startup received 30.7 million rubles in revenue with a net profit of 16.5 million rubles.
Friendly VC was founded by Vyacheslav Turpanov, Tigran Nazaretyan and Sergey Bruev. The fund invests in technology projects with a finished product and revenue of 30 million rubles or a turnover of more than 100 million rubles. The focus is on startups working in the field of artificial intelligence, education, financial technology and e-commerce.
