The tenth-generation watch got a bigger screen and a thinner body, which should have made it special, but it was these changes that forced Apple to delay the implementation of the new feature.
According to Mark Gurman’s Power On newsletter, the updated design caused the sensor to experience issues during testing. There were previously rumors that the feature would come to the Apple Watch, but it never happened.
YouTube blogger Vadim Yuryev suggested that blood pressure monitoring in future watch models will be possible only with the use of a new type of strap. According to him, a magnetic system with connectors that will be connected to the watch via special sensors inside the strap is needed.
