All functions are available in both desktop and mobile versions of the browser and open in a separate interface. You can enter it using the buttons below the search bar on the main page of the browser.

Editor

The editor is also available via the “Edit” button next to any site in the “Navigator”. The tool allows you to create texts, shorten them and rewrite them in a given style, including using commands (for example, “More formal” or “In simple words”) or following the user’s instructions via chat. The editor supports Russian and English languages.

In addition, users can start working with text on a smartphone and continue on a computer. The editor keeps a history of working with texts for quick access to them.

Neurotranslator

A beta version of a translator based on YandexGPT has appeared in the browser. The tool has been taught to distinguish the subject area of the text and use the appropriate vocabulary. The translator understands more than 100 languages; it can load arbitrary texts, images and links to websites.

retell

You can retell a text of any length. On computers, the tool is available not only for texts and videos, but also for documents in PDF, DOCX and TXT formats.

The service has two modes of operation: brief and detailed; the latter preserves a large amount of details from the original. The tool can also divide the resulting retelling into significant chapters and select a subtitle for each of them.

  • In February, new generation neural networks appeared in the browser. They allowed users to improve texts, generate images, translate videos from eight languages into Russian, receive content counts of videos and create subtitles for them.
