According to the complaint, SpaceX’s construction work, which included clearing vegetation and compacting soil, not only damaged the land, but also “jeopardized Cards Against Humanity’s reputation” among its supporters: the company claims that SpaceX’s actions created “an unjust relationship” between the two brands, undermining the trust it has built with its community.

Cards Against Humanity humorously states that it will “accept Twitter.com” as compensation.
