As CNBC notes, all current decisions are driven by one overarching goal: “rebuilding the trust of our customers and meeting the high standards they expect from us to carry out their critical missions around the world.”
Colbert’s role, which originally focused on information technology and global services at the company, will temporarily transition to Steve Parker until a permanent replacement is found.
Boeing is currently experiencing a serious crisis following several incidents: mid-air breakdowns and problems with the Boeing Starliner.
