Wildberries founder Tatyana Bakalchuk has decided to return her maiden name, Kim. The entrepreneur announced this on her Telegram channel, and has also changed her name.

The exchange’s press service told RB.RU that “the official procedure for changing the name has been initiated.” No other details were provided.
“The best option is to always remain yourself. Your Tatyana (from today again) Kim,” wrote the CEO of Wildberries.
The businesswoman announced her divorce from her husband Vladislav Bakalchuk on July 23, 2024 after a scandal broke out around their joint business.
The court registered a divorce petition on July 30, but it remained without progress. In late August, on August 26, the court made a similar decision.
On September 12, the couple did not appear at the court hearing on the divorce proceedings. They sent legal representatives in their place.
- In June, Wildberries decided to partner with Russ Group to create the ultimate digital commerce platform. Subsequently, a joint venture was registered: RVB LLC. 65% is owned by Wildberry LLC and 35% by Stinn LLC.
- Amid this news, Vladislav Bakalchuk reported on the allegedly illegal transfer of Wildberries assets, to which Tatyana replied that the merger of companies was not a raider takeover, but a consequence of a divorce process.
