The right earphone was charged 36% out of the box when the girl used it, and the device was not connected to a charger. However, during listening, the musical accessories exploded. In the hospital, the girl said that her ear would no longer hear.
The Samsung service center was shocked by what happened and offered to replace the broken earphone with a new one, noting that the old one “did not explode, but was deformed.” The company also reported in response to the request:
