In recent years, the market has tested different models for organising collection points, including WB Point and WB Franchise programmes, to identify the most effective management methods. Best practices will now be integrated into a single system, the report notes.
As part of the new program, software and applications for managers and partners will be updated, the personal account will be improved, and customer support will be strengthened. In addition, the monitoring system will be expanded to all regions.
According to the results of a study by T-Bank eCommerce and T-Data, payments to owners of Wildberries order pick-up points in June 2024 increased by 97% year-on-year. The market also took the lead in terms of the growth rate of PVZ owners: 55% versus 53% for Ozon.
