The development will be presented to the public at the 10th Microelectronics Forum, which will be held in the Sirius federal district from September 23 to 28. Krasnikov noted that the organizers and participants are actively preparing for this event, which will become a platform for the display of domestic achievements of world standards.
The RAS President added that many teams plan to keep their developments secret until the forum, so many sensations and unexpected discoveries are expected.
The forum will also present innovations in ultrapure materials, electronic engineering and new “non-Von Neumann” computing architectures.
