MC2 Data collects public records from a variety of sources to create detailed profiles for employers and landlords. The leaked information includes names, email addresses, home addresses, birth dates, and even employment history. Additionally, the data of 2,319,873 MC2 Data service subscribers was compromised.

Experts warn that the leak serves as a gold mine for cybercriminals, making it easier to access sensitive information for malicious purposes.

Cybernews has reached out to MC2 Data for comment but has not yet received a response. Access to the open database is currently closed.
