Google Photos is experiencing another interface change in the “Albums” section. The app’s new look makes tools more accessible when browsing photo and video collections.
Currently album resources appear distributed across the interface. The “Add Photo” button appears under the cover, the share appears in the list of participants, and the edit is hidden in the three-dot menu in the upper right corner.
These are in the latest test version the three options mentioned appear grouped into a pill at the bottom of the screen. In a way, the new feature makes accessing album management much easier and navigation significantly smoother.
According to website Android AuthorityThe visual overhaul is in version 7.1 of Google Photos.
None of the options in the bottom bar are new: “Share” lets you access file sharing options, “Add Photos” lets you access the gallery and add more photos or videos to the album, and “Edit” turns on multi-selection to rearrange media or remove it from the folder.
The new look of the application was revealed in tests conducted on Google Photos, Therefore, it is unknown when it will be released to everyone.. If you’re a tester, it’s worth checking the Play Store for updates for the app.
