Gloria Jeans plans to develop digital products for its own needs and in the future offer them to the market, the company told the publication.
According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, JJ Tech LLC was registered in Moscow on September 30, 2024. The sole founder of the company is the Gloria Jeans joint-stock company, founded in Rostov-on-Don.
In June, Gloria Jeans was headed by former SUEK director Maxim Basov. Before joining SUEK, Basov headed Rusagro for 12 years and even before that headed Metalloinvest. At the end of September, Basov became a minority owner of Gloria Jeans with a 1% stake, according to data from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
