Samsung announced this Wednesday (2) that the CF39 monitor with a 27-inch curved screen is coming to the Brazilian market. The model is part of the entry-level category and uses a VA panel to provide gamers with greater brightness and contrast.

Samsung CF39 has a no-frills 27-inch display with 1800R curvature, enough to cover the user’s field of view. With such displays, it is possible to achieve greater visibility at the edges of the screen because the curvature can cover users’ peripheral vision and provide some advantages when watching videos and playing games.

The VA panel produces good indicators in terms of brightness (250 nits) and contrast, although it does not have the best color tone and the fastest response time; In this case, this ratio is 3000:1. The resolution of the product is Full HD (1,920 x 1,080) and the response time is 4 ms (GTG).

FreeSync and simple base

Another interesting feature of the Samsung CF39 is its compatibility with AMD FreeSync technology, which prevents screen tearing. This model also has the Game Mode option, which automatically adjusts color and contrast levels to enhance gaming, according to the manufacturer.

The monitor has a circular base but no height adjustment. In addition to the D-Sub input and HDMI port for connections, there is also a 75×75 VESA mount to place the product on the stand.

The recommended price of the Samsung CF39, which can only be purchased on the brand’s official website, is R$ 929.00.
