Complaints about the operation of the courier in Russia began to arrive at approximately 14:00 Moscow time. Users report problems opening the app, loading the site, and sending messages. Telegram representatives have not yet commented on the issues.
The peak of complaints from Russian users occurred at 2:34 p.m. At that time, almost 20 thousand Russians reported problems.
According to data at 14:36 Moscow time, the majority of complaints come from the Tver region, St. Petersburg, the Leningrad region, the Nizhny Novgorod region, Moscow, the Moscow region and the Sverdlovsk.
