Combines the functionality of crowdlending and crowdinvesting. As part of the service, our own scoring system will evaluate the capitalization of a startup based on its financial indicators, company documents and other factors. If the business owners agree with the evaluation of the system, then the startup will be able to attract investments in the platform.

Only those entrepreneurs who are already working and have income will be able to publish on JetLend. All startup activities will be additionally verified by a JetLend underwriter.

Business owners will also need to submit a financial plan for their development and pass an IQ test. The latter will allow “manually evaluating how an entrepreneur thinks and what plans he proposes,” since “it would be a mistake to evaluate only the financial statements of a startup,” JetLend representatives explained.

Only investors with “Premium” and “Ultra” status (who have invested more than 1 million rubles in JetLend) will be able to finance new companies. Before using Crowdventure, investors will be required to pass additional tests that will “confirm their understanding of the potential risks and fundamental principles of the company.”

Once the investment round closes, a JetLend representative will join the startup’s board of directors as an observer. The platform itself will earn commissions for investments. It was difficult to determine its size, citing the fact that the product is still in development.

On October 3, Vedomosti reported that crowdlending platforms Potok, Lender Invest, Invoicecafe and V Delo also plan to provide Russian companies with the opportunity to attract investments.
