The Nvidia Broadcast app has received a new Eye Contact feature that changes the user’s gaze so that they are always looking at the camera.
Eye contact uses a neural network to create deepfake eyes that replace real eyes in the nature of time. Thus, the user can look at the phone or the text, and the viewers will not notice this, because the look will always be directed to the camera.
Neural network There is an eye size and color when installing a deepfake. It can also blink when the person sitting in front of the camera blinks.
Eye Contact is in beta and available in the Nvidia Broadcast 1.4 app. Requires an Nvidia RTX graphics card to run.
A similar feature is available in iOS and Windows 11 on computers with ARM processors. On iOS, it only works in FaceTime. [The Verge]
